The kindergarten class has been studying the continent of Australia. We have learned about animals, people, and different foods from Australia. Before Thanksgiving, we had the privilege to have Josh Le Brocq from Sydney Australia join our class. He talked about the kangaroos, koalas, and many other animals. He read the book, Possum Magic and gave the kids Koala pencil grabbers, candy and left an animal calendar. The class asked lots of questions and had many things to tell him. The one thing they all said was they liked listening to him read the book.
