During PE, I have recently started “Marathon Mondays”!  This is a fun way to incorporate and encourage running into our fitness program.  I chose Brownsville, TX as our first goal.  Through a group effort, we are making our way down the state and tracking our miles!   We are currently running for 20 minutes on Mondays, and occasionally a few minutes on another day depending on other activities!  We add our distances together to see how many total miles we have run.  So far we have made it about 230 miles, and should be somewhere near Abilene!  Once we make it to Brownsville, we’ll see where our running takes us next!
