Window on a Wider World is hosting its 9th annual youth art show November 5th at the Amarillo Civic Center Grand Plaza from 12 pm - 6 pm. Our school was allowed to send 5 entries. The students could choose from the following themes pertaining to music: songs, sounds, dance, movement, or rhythm.
We are excited to have a winner in this year’s contest. Emma Wheeler was announced to us through email Tuesday of this week. The entries were judged based on originality, creativity, technique, and use of theme. Other students whose art was submitted were: Emily Corbitt, Kimber Becco, Emily Lesher, and Ivan Rodriguez. We are very proud of all the hard work that went into their artwork.
