Jump Rope for Heart
We have started the Jump Rope for heart and this year the 3rd-6th grades will be doing Hoops for Heart. It is a fundraiser for American Heart Association. Our school participates in it every year. Our goal this year is $2,000. Last year we were just short of the goal. The kids can get donations online from friends and family.
Grades K-2 register online at http://www.heart.org/jump Grades 3-6 register online at http://www.heart.org/hoops. Search for our school by our selecting Groom, Texas and join the team. We have sent instructions home about this fund raiser. They can ask friends and family for donations but please be safe. Every Friday we want them to turn in the money. We will count it so they can see their progress, and this also keeps them from being responsible for so much money.
